By using this website or engaging Asfar Visuals LLC for services, you agree to these terms. Specific client engagements are governed by their individual proposals or agreements, which control if they conflict with these terms.

Asfar Visuals LLC provides AI systems, automation and development services. Project scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees are defined per engagement.

By texting our business number, submitting your phone number through our website with consent, or verbally providing your number and consent, you agree to receive text messages from Asfar Visuals LLC related to your inquiry or project. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Fees and payment schedules are set per engagement. Late payments may pause work.

Upon full payment, deliverables transfer to the client as specified in the engagement agreement. Asfar Visuals LLC retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Services and this website are provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Asfar Visuals LLC's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the services giving rise to the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan. Venue for any dispute is Wayne County, Michigan.
